Walnut Oil is suitable for both cold and warm dishes. However, due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, it should not be used for frying.

*For Adults:
Adults can typically consume 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) of Walnut Oil per day. This can be spread throughout meals by using it as a salad dressing, drizzling it over dishes, or adding it to smoothies and yogurts.

*For Children:
Introducing new foods and supplements to child's diet should be done cautiously. Begin by introducing a small amount of Walnut Oil to your child's diet, gradually increasing the dosage over time. This helps their digestive system adapt to the new addition. You can start with just a few drops and gradually increase the intake with time.

Before incorporating the Walnut Oil into your child's diet, we highly recommend conducting a patch test to check for any potential allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

This precious oil can be stored for around 6 months.
