For the best results you can use our freshly cold pressed Almond and Sunflower Seed oils both internally and externally. 

An example of Almond and Sunflower Oil skin Elixir

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon of Almond Oil
• 1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil
• A glass dropper bottle

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix one tablespoon of Almond Oil with one tablespoon of Sunflower Oil. Stir well to ensure they are thoroughly combined.

2. Carefully pour the mixture into a glass dropper bottle. This will make it easy to apply and control the amount you use.

3. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Leave your skin wet.

4. Apply a few drops of your Almond and Sunflower Oil elixir to your fingertips. Gently massage it into your wet face in a circular motion.

5. Allow the oil to absorb for a few minutes. You can leave it on overnight for deep moisturization or simply apply it as a part of your daily skincare routine.
